INGREDIENTS: hydrolyzed collagen (of fish origin) 60%, freeze-dried fruits: cranberry, chokeberry, goat's milk, mare's milk, capsule shell hydroxypropyl cellulose.

Collagenum is a dietary supplement, which includes: high-quality hydrolyzed collagen of fish origin (the amount of which is 150 mg in one capsule and 450 mg in three capsules) enriched with freeze-dried goat and mare's milk and freeze-dried fruits of chokeberry and cranberry. The product is rich in vitamins and essential minerals for the proper functioning of the body, making it a preparation with a very broad spectrum of action. It was created for women, men, the elderly and younger people.

USAGE: it is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules daily. The maximum serving is 3 capsules (750 mg) per day. The capsules should be taken orally and sipped with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The product is not intended for people who are allergic to or have intolerance to any of the ingredients of the product.

The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet.
