• Strawberries are a rich source of vitamin C, they have more of it than grapefruit or lemon. Strawberries also contain vitamin A, E and B vitamins in their composition;
• Red currant is an excellent source of vitamin C, which supports the immune system. It contains antioxidants such as anthocyanins, flavonoids and phenolic acid, which help neutralize free radicals;
• Cherry contains vitamin A and thiamine. Vitamin A plays a major role in the process of cell specialization, helps maintain healthy skin, and helps keep mucous membranes healthy.
• Banana is an excellent source of fiber, as well as potassium, phosphorus, iron and iodine. It also contains many valuable vitamins, including A, C, E, K and those of the B group.

Lyophilized - "freeze dried" - fruits are an ideal choice for a healthy and natural snack.
