DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Pour the contents of the sachet over half a glass of boiled, lukewarm water; stir vigorously for about 1 minute until a uniform suspension is obtained. Consume immediately after preparation.
It is recommended to consume 1 serving (sachet) every other day. Do not consume more than 1 serving (sachet) per day. The product should preferably be consumed on an empty stomach at least 1 hour before a meal or 3 hours after the last meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. The preparation is not intended for children under 14 years of age or for people who are allergic to or intolerant of any of its ingredients.
