PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS "ELENIUSZEK FOR ONE ZLOTY"

§ 1.

General provisions

1.         These terms and conditions define the rules of the "Eleniuszek for one zloty" Promotion.  

2.         The organizer of the aforementioned Promotion is Franciszek Siegień conducting business under the name Franciszek Siegień W.P.P.H. ELENA Import-Export, Kokanin 86, 62-817 Żelazków, NIP: 6180061318, REGON 003372848 (hereinafter referred to as the Organizer).

3.         The Promotion is conducted exclusively on the website: [www.kolagenum.com](http://www.kolagenum.com) (hereinafter referred to as the Shop).

4.         The subject of the Promotion are the Eleniuszek plush toys currently available in the online Shop  (hereinafter referred to as the Plush Toy) in the form of: Eleniuszek Raspberry, Eleniuszek Apple, Eleniuszek Banana, Eleniuszek Pineapple. 5.         The Promotion starts on 18 May 2021, runs until 31 December 2024 until 24:00 and applies only to fulfilled i.e. paid orders.

6.         The Organizer reserves that the number of Plush Toys available under this Promotion is limited, and the Promotion period may be shortened from 31 December 2024 to the date of issuance of the last Plush Toy allocated to the aforementioned Promotion.

§ 2.

Promotion Rules

1.         A Participant in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as Participant) may be any natural person possessing full legal capacity.

2.         The Participant may purchase a Plush Toy under the Promotion in the following manner:

a.         after adding Products from the Organizer's offer to the Shop's cart for an amount greater than or equal to PLN 300.00 (in words: three hundred zlotys zero groszy) the Participant has the option to purchase a Plush Toy for PLN 1.00 (in words: one zloty zero groszy).

3.         The option to purchase the Plush Toy at the promotional price appears only after adding to the Shop's cart Products of the value indicated in the aforementioned point.

4.         Within a single order the Participant may take advantage of purchasing one Plush Toy

at the promotional price.

5.         The Participant voluntarily declares that upon placing the order and accepting for this purpose the Shop's and Promotion's terms and conditions, he/she waives the right to return Products purchased under the Promotion that were covered by a single agreement as part of a tied sale. At the same time, he/she declares that he/she will not exercise this right. This provision does not in any way affect the Participant's rights arising from the applicable provisions regarding complaints.

6.         A complaint may be submitted within 30 days from the date of using the promotional action.

§ 3.

Final provisions

1.         The Promotion Terms and Conditions are available in the online shop at: [www.kolagenum.com](http://www.kolagenum.com).

2.         Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.

3.         Any disputes arising from the performance of obligations related to this Promotion shall be resolved by the District Court competent for the Organizer's registered office.
