INGREDIENTS: Hydrolysed collagen (from fish) 55%, freeze-dried cranberry, freeze-dried chokeberry, freeze-dried blackcurrant, Vitamin C

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: pour the contents of the sachet over 50 ml of boiled lukewarm water and stir vigorously for about 1 minute until a uniform suspension is obtained. The preparation should be consumed immediately after preparation. It is recommended to consume 1 serving (sachet) every other day, but not more than one serving (sachet) per day.
