INGREDIENTS: Hydrolysed collagen (from fish) 60%, freeze-dried fruits: cranberry, chokeberry, goat's milk, mare's milk, Vitamin C.

One sachet contains 3000 mg of collagen.

USE: Pour the contents of the sachet in about 50 ml (1/4 cup) of boiled lukewarm water. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute until a uniform suspension is obtained. Consume immediately after preparation after the last meal. It is recommended to consume 1 serving (sachet) every other day. You should not consume more than 1 serving (sachet) per day.
