INGREDIENTS: freeze-dried fish collagen 50% (collagen, elastin, collagen amino acids, elastin amino acids, lactic acid); freeze-dried fruits: chokeberry and cranberry; freeze-dried goat's milk, freeze-dried mare's milk; capsule shell: hydroxypropyl cellulose.

USE: The maximum dose is 3 capsules (750 mg of the product) per day. The capsules should be taken orally with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
