INGREDIENTS: freeze-dried fruits: strawberry, cranberry, raspberry; freeze-dried fish collagen 10% (collagen, elastin, collagen amino acids, elastin amino acids, lactic acid); freeze-dried goat's milk, freeze-dried mare's milk; vitamin C.

One sachet contains 500 mg of collagen.

USE: Pour the contents of the sachet in about 50 ml (1/4 cup) of boiled, lukewarm water. Stir vigorously for about 1 minute until a uniform suspension is obtained. Consume immediately after preparation. It is recommended to consume 1 serving (sachet) every other day. You should not consume more than 1 serving (sachet) per day.
