What is freeze-drying?

Freeze-drying, or sublimation drying, involves removing water from frozen raw material.

It is a method of food preservation. Thanks to this process, fruit and vegetables gain a perfect crispness, retaining their full flavour, aroma, shape and most of their nutritional value.

Freeze-dried vegetables can be stored for a long time without their quality and taste diminishing.

How to use freeze-dried vegetables?

Freeze-dried vegetables are a practical ingredient for everyday cooking. They can be added to soups, sauces, dressings or dinner dishes. They also work great in vegetable pastes, meat and fish dishes, and even as a base for homemade spices and natural colourings. Thanks to their crunchy form and intense flavour, they can also be eaten on their own – as a healthy and quick snack at work, school or on the go.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a dry place and at room temperature, in a tightly closed container.

The batch number, best before date and country of origin can be found on the package.
