What is freeze-drying?

Freeze-drying, or sublimation drying, involves removing water from frozen raw material.

It is a method of food preservation. Thanks to this process, fruit and vegetables gain a perfect crispness, retaining their full flavour, aroma, shape and most of their nutritional value.

Freeze-dried foods can be stored for a long time without their quality and taste diminishing.

How to use freeze-dried herbs and spices?

Freeze-dried herbs and spices are ideal for both hot and cold dishes, providing intense flavour and aroma to dishes. They enrich the taste of soups, sauces, dressings, meats and fish, as well as salads and everyday dinner dishes. Thanks to their long shelf life, they are a practical substitute for fresh herbs, especially when we don't have access to them. Freeze-dried herbs and spices can also be used for decoration, retaining their natural colour and texture and further emphasising the attractiveness of the finished dish.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: Store in a dry place and at room temperature, in a tightly closed container.

The batch number, best before date and country of origin can be found on the package.
