Freeze-dried products

Freeze-dried foods are dry but fresh products. In the freeze-drying process, the water in the products, at reduced atmospheric pressure, is frozen out of them. Hence the common term that freeze-dried products are freeze-dried products.

Freeze-dried products retain their natural aroma, taste, color and nutritional value (vitamins, minerals, fats and other components remain in their original form). It is worth noting that this process is carried out without the use of preservatives or dyes.

The advantage of freeze-dried products is their long shelf life, which is related to their low water content. It is estimated that freeze-dried products weigh about 6%-10% of their original weight. Hence they are very light and are an excellent
solution for limited luggage weight. They can be taken literally anywhere, to work, on a trip or on long walks with children. Their use is unlimited, and thanks to freeze-drying we can enjoy the natural taste of seasonal products all year round.
